Outdoor Wednesday

This is just a very SMALL stack of the trees that were destroyed by our recent heavy snow. So many big, beautiful trees were destroyed. However, there is still beauty even in destruction. Just look at that lovely blue sky and floating little white clouds.

Another great Outdoor Wednesday with Susan, a Southern Day Dreamer.

They are being trucked in to various large locations around town and big machinery mulches them up.

Looks like a nice, quiet and peaceful town. Unlike here in Bangkok, too much fumes and noise pollution.

Nothing like a blue sky!~ Even the day after a hurricane in South Florida was the most beautiful day you could imagine....glad I am not there though anymore to go through them!

Howdy LV
Happy Outdoor Wednesday to you .
So sorry about the loss of the trees.
We have had snow here in Killeen today and tonight you can hear a lot of snapping, cracking and popping sounds coming from the trees in the neighborhood.
So more than likely there will be some loss after the snow melts away.
Anyway your photos are beautiful as always.
I love the color of the sky in your photos .
Thank you for hanging in there with me as I blog at random.
Still busy with my Mom .
Blessings of joy to you .
Hugs
Happy Trails

It is a sad sight to see the trees toppled down. But what has been left is just standing stately and tall. Love the blue skies and clouds in the horizon.

TX is getting a lot more snow than usual. My sis lives in Arlington and her gkids are just loving it.
I am sick of the snow..We are expecting another storm Thurs here in NY.
Can't wait for Spring..it will come, it always does! :)

I love trees so it saddens me when you see that one has fallen over. But then the circle of life begins all over again and once they are mulched they provide nutrients to the soil again.

La Voice, That is terrible losing all those trees, even though I hate the leaves falling off in the fall, I would never want to lose a tree.
Sorry, it has been awhile since I visited, Sharon only has 9 more treatments amd then I guess a series of test to see is cancer is gone and we will be home free.

Hope all is ok with you.

my heart aches with all that loss. but oddly...within a short time...the hand of nature with divine inspiration will take over and the treeline will be full once more.

that sky is offering a promise of a better tomorrow!

The snow that Texas has experienced this year has been incredible!

It's always sad when our stately trees are destroyed. Hopefully this will be the last damaging winter you have. Beautiful sky though.

Wow, you lost an incredible number of trees in your area! I forget that all trees are not built for snow. We got 18 inches on Sunday and all we had to do was send the kids out with brooms to knock the snow off the cypress so we didn't lose any branches (a job which they love!), but all the other trees and bushes could take care of themselves.

Sure could use some blue sky here in Ohio!

Wow, that is huge. I guess it was a huge loss. how sad. I see you are linking perfectly. Good for you Meme.
Your photos are shocking though. We have lost limbs but nothing like this.
Happy Outdoor weds.

It really is a pretty blue sky even with all of the trees down. It seems everywhere I drive, there are big branches broken off. Many of our large shrubs and bushes now have an unusual appearance due to the heavy snow and ice that blanketed them for so long.

I have enjoyed stopping by for a visit with you!

Kindly, ldh

It's always sad to see big trees destroyed in storms isn't it. You do have lovely blue skies there!

That's a huge pile of trees! The trees around here are used to snow, as we can get heavy snow into May and have even seen snow in June.
